Mid South Home Buyers has been in business since 2002 and is located at 2238 Central Avenue in the heart of Midtown Memphis. Our in-house property management company, Mid South Property Management, makes its home here as well.
Terry Kerr
Terry Kerr was born and raised in Memphis and founded Mid South Home Buyers in 2002. He has bought, renovated and sold over 400 single family houses. He also owns and manages 65+ of his own investment properties, and is the owner and founder of Mid South Property Management, which manages 200+ properties. He is very proud to have grown his business through the years solely through word of mouth and repeat business from satisfied investors, and wishes to thank all of his customers past, present and future.
Liz Nowlin
Liz has been in property management for the last seven years and is now the investor coordinator for Mid South Home Buyers. Liz will assist you from contract to cash flow and can help you with everything from financing to picking out your property. She is the main contact for new investors. Mike Lasiter
is the operations manager for Mid South Home Buyers. He will typically inspect an average of 25 homes for every one home that we purchase to be an investment for you. He ensures that our specific formula for success is kicked off with the right property in the right neighborhood.
