Below is our typical purchase process:

  1. Review the financing options in our financing section. Decide whether you are a cash buyer or what type of financing you will seek.
  2. Visit our investment properties for sale section and enter your financing details at the top. View cash flows customized to your individual purchase.
  3. Select your cash flow properties and contact one of our real estate investor coordinators.
  4. Receive and sign your contract. Congratulations! No earnest money or deposit required.
  5. Receive an email introduction to our dream team from your investor coordinator.
  6. Our team will work with you every step of the way, as you acquire property insurance, financing and title work on the way to closing. Closing is on average, two weeks from the date of contract for cash buyers and 4 weeks for buyers seeking financing.
  7. Enjoy your cash-flow investment property from the day of closing!
  8. Introduction to our in house property management team. Rents and detailed reports are dispersed on the 6th of every month, with rents deposited into the account of your choice. For international investors, we are able to deposit in the currency and bank account of your choice, no U.S. bank account required.
